The other day I ate this wonderful pizza 

I know, this doesn't fall in the Easy cooking recipes category but I thought that it would be fun to share some of the delicious food we eat in our daily life.

I love sushi and sashimi

I have always beed fascinated by oriental culture and by the Japanese one in particular. 

On Easy cooking recipes there isn't any japanese recipes yet, but after seeing (and most importantly after eating) this 

I think that I will soon have to include some Japanese recipes... 

Easy but also healthy

As you can see from the outline and the content (i know there isn't much and it still quite new...) of Easy cooking recipes, I always look for something simple and easy to cook

Today I came across an interesting post:

these berries. I took them out of the freezer and as they started to come to temperature, I realized how beautiful they really are. Not staged, no styling intentions here, just plain frozen berries. Then, I sighed.

As mentioned at Cannelle et Vanille, sometimes even the simplest thing can be the best
